Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor or Operations to oversee our construction cleaning projects. This role involves managing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of construction cleaning projects.
- Manage and lead cleaning crews, ensuring they follow safety protocols and company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure all cleaning specifications are met.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure quality control.
- Train and mentor new staff on cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Develop and implement efficient operational procedures.
- Prepare reports on project progress and team performance.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during operations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management or supervisory roles, preferably in the construction cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in cleaning and construction.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
