We have the perfect job for someone as methodical as you. You’re going to be our new Service Co-ordinator and Advisor. But this job isn’t just for anyone who can run a computer and keep paperwork in order. We’re looking for a very particular person.

One who can somehow, always, without fail, find a way to get things done. Even when there isn’t an obvious solution.

You have a proven track record as an effective service advisor with at least two years of experience with measurable results and you’re detail-oriented and willing to embrace a structured process. You are highly disciplined. You have natural energy and an outgoing personality.

Now all we need is you. Are you one of us' People experiencing changes in life bring us their RVs to sell for a variety of reasons, some of which are not so pleasant - like family break-ups, a spouse passing away, financial pressures, and some people have simply decided that the RV lifestyle is no longer for them. You'll need to be sensitive to that.

Here are the details of the job.

You’ll be asked to learn our consignment intake and appraisal process, assessing the overall condition of the unit and ultimately, whether a used RV is a fit for us to re-sell at a given price. You’ll be asked to get up on a ladder and walk on RV roofs 12 feet off the ground - if heights bother you, this is defintely **_NOT _**a position for you. Stop reading.

You're capable of handling difficult customer conversations with style and grace and charm. Coworkers are encouraged by your transparency and your optimism. You're a daily contributor to a positive team environment. You don't feel handcuffed by systems and processes. You consider them to be tools that help you accomplish big things quickly. When there's nothing going on, we'll ask you to do other tasks.

We believe you deserve a base salary - plus bonuses, plus commissions, and a benefits package. We believe you should be afforded the opportunity to advance in our company and we believe in being closed Sundays & Holidays. We pay really well. Expect to earn $40,000 to start. Plus, you’ll start earning commissions right away.
