**What You'll Do**

As a **Compliance Support Specialis**t, your role will be dynamic and diverse, including but not limited to:
**Meter & Systems Development**
- ∙ Next Generation Meter Design Support
- ∙ Ongoing Development and Testing of Existing Meters
- ∙ Prototype and Feature Testing against Specifications
- ∙ Write Specifications for New Meter Features and Development Software
- ∙ Research Industry Standards (Eg, IEEE, CSA, IEC, MID, Measurement Canada)
- ∙ Product Certification Applications and Support
- ∙ Product Technical Documentation and Manuals

**Company Operations Support**
- ∙ Product Quality Control and traceability
- ∙ Failure Analysis, testing and Electronics repair

**Customer Support**
- ∙ Turn customer and user requirements into meter feature specifications that meet market needs ∙
- Manage Product Support Tickets generated for product defects, bugs, improvement suggestions
- TrainiCustomer Technical Staff on New Products, Meter Features, Installation & Commissioning

**Project Management**
- ∙ Develop project plans and timelines
- ∙ Accountable for deadlines and progress reporting

**What We’re Looking For**
- Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word & Outlook E-mail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English)
- Self-Motivated, Responsible, Work well independently
- Meticulous in attention to details and organizational skills
- Experience in Metering, Building Controls or Fire Alarm Systems would be an asset.
- Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $57,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
