Immigration Case Manager/移民文案部经理

**Job Responsibilities 岗位职责**
- Provide clients with tailored Canadian immigration solutions, offer technical support to the team, and assist in securing successful client sign-ups.
- Provide clients with relevant immigration interview coaching, border work permit exchanges, and other related services.

【岗位职责】

1、负责文案部所有文案助理的人员管理，配合顾问部做好各项案子的推进。及时向客户收集必要的信息和文件，为移民申请准备所需材料。

2、撰写、编辑和准备各种移民申请材料，包括表格、信函和支持文件；确保所有申请材料符合当前的移民法律、政策和程序要求。

3、为公司客户提供精准的加拿大移民方案并给予团队技术支持并促成签约

4、有效沟通，向客户提供申请状态更新，并解答他们可能有的疑问或关注。

5、及时了解移民法规和政策的变化，并根据需要更新申请材料，及时在部门内做好培训工作。

6、对客户提供移民相关的面试辅导，边境换工签等工作。

**Job Requirements 岗位要求**
- In-depth understanding of Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. Proficient knowledge of North American immigration and study programs, including Canadian provincial programs (PNP) and federal immigration policies (e.g., Express Entry, AFIP, AIP, RNIP, SUV, C11, ICT). Strong learning ability, high market awareness, and the ability to accurately assess industry trends. U.S. immigration experience is an asset.
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to professionally interact with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with standard visa and permit requirements (e.g., entry and re-entry visas, U.S. visas, visitor, student, work permits, LMIA, PNP, entrepreneur visas). Familiarity with mainstream study-to-immigration programs in Canada, including those in BC, Manitoba, Ontario, and Atlantic provinces.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with the experience to guide consultants in customizing immigration and study plans based on client needs.
- RCIC license holder preferred.

1、3年以上移民服务领域工作经验，具备较强的申请文案撰写能力。

2、对加拿大移民法律、法规和程序有深入的了解。精通北美移民、留学项目特点，熟悉加拿大各省(PNP)，联邦移民政策（ExpressEntry, AFIP, AIP, RNIP, SUV, C11, ICT)，项目学习能力强，具备高度的市场敏锐感，能够正确分析及把握行业市场局势。如有美国移民经验更佳。

3、出色的文字表达和编辑能力，注重细节。良好的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与客户和同事专业地交流。

4、熟悉常规签证，批文的要求（大小签，美签，探亲陪读签，工签，LMIA，省提名，创业签证等）

熟悉加拿大主流留学转移民项目包括BC省,曼省,安省,大西洋省等

5、流利的中英文沟通能力具备丰富的经验，可以根据客户不同情况，指导公司顾问定制移民、留学方案；

6、具备RCIC牌照持有者优先。
