**Our Team**

As an Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Apprentice, you will work across different underground locations to gain hands on experience and learn more about the operations. You will also contribute towards Vale’s long-term operating strategy and be signed up with training agreements with Skills Trades Ontario and the Ministry of Labour, Trades and Skills Development.

Our Sudbury Operations have been in existence for more than 100 years. With five mines, a mill, a smelter, a refinery and nearly 4,000 employees it is also one of the largest integrated mining complexes in the world.

**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a **Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Apprentice** to join our **Maintenance Department** in **Sudbury, Ontario**. The Apprentice role is an entry level permanent position.

**About You**

**HDET Apprentice**:

- **Education**: Heavy Duty Equipment Technician college diploma is required.
- **Experience**: 6 months or more of industrial experience is preferred.
