**Title**:Maintenance Supervisor**:
We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our manufacturing facility in Brantford, Ontario.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of preventive and corrective maintenance schedule and SAP master data
- Plan and coordinate resources to maximize the efficiency of the Maintenance department. This includes issuing work orders, purchasing materials and parts, and managing inventory.
- Manage regulatory inspections of equipment.
- Key personnel in the Management of Change process (MOC).
- Work in accordance with Kemira standards and industry best practices including pre-start up safety assessments, developing safe operating procedures and limits.
- Coordinate and communicate with external contractors and vendors
- Able to respond appropriately and immediately to emergencies

**Skills and Education Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of combined maintenance and industrial planning experience, ideally in a chemical manufacturing environment;
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or chemical engineering. Years of experience related to planning or maintenance can be compensated for the Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- High level computer skills
- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and organizational skills - written and verbal

**Shift**: Day shift Monday to Friday, on call for emergencies
