**The Role**
As a **Logistics Team Member**, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. This role is suited for individuals who thrive under pressure, can handle high volumes, and want to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading shipments with accuracy and care
- Sorting and staging freight for distribution
- Maintaining accurate inventory control and documentation
- Performing cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Supporting warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Working closely with the team to meet tight deadlines and client demands

**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in a **high-volume, fast-paced environment**:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to lift/move packages when required
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems and reporting
