**The Role**
As a **Logistics Team Member**, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. This role is suited for individuals who thrive under pressure, can handle high volumes, and want to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Loading and unloading shipments with accuracy and care
- Sorting and staging freight for distribution
- Maintaining accurate inventory control and documentation
- Performing cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Supporting warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Working closely with the team to meet tight deadlines and client demands
