Job Position: Logistics Supervisor

Location: Brampton, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain our network of carrier suppliers ensuring they meet our supplier criteria as established in our ISO procedures.
- Negotiate with carrier suppliers to obtain the competitive pricing for existing and prospect shipment lanes.
- Manage carrier supplier relationships to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Monitoring and KPI carrier performance.
- Monitor market trends and analyze pricing structures to ensure competitive pricing.
- Oversee and manage the transportation operations, resolve any issues that may arise during shipment, you are the escalation contact for the Transportation Division.
- Manage a team of dispatchers through monitoring their performance, coaching and supporting them with solution in handling challenging shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

**Requirements**:

- 2 + years of 3PL
- 1 + managerial experience in similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be proficient with office 365, Ecang WMS would be an asset
- Fluency in English and Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
