**Overview**:Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business.

**What you'll do**:

- Assisting with court transcription orders.
- Delivery of transcripts which includes printing the transcripts, binding and hand delivering the transcripts to the courthouse.
- Inputting important information into a spreadsheet regarding the production of each audio recording received, transcriptionist information, and delivery of same.
- Downloading and checking new jobs coming in (correct audio and time estimates).
- Reviewing transcripts.
- Receive Parole Board requests.
- Receive and download audio/paperwork. Review paperwork and audio.
- Enter requests into tracking sheet.
- Assign work to transcriptionists and upload.
- Received completed transcripts and review for completion.
- Create PDF document of transcript.
- Advise invoicing of page counts.

**Who you are**:

- 1+ years of related experience.
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Ability to communicate with all members of the public, government personnel, transcriptionists, and clients.
- Knowledge of numerous programs including, Access, Word, PDF, Excel is an asset
- Be courteous and helpful to all office staff, and any outside parties, including clients.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous customer service is an asset.

- The compensation range _noted above represents the expected base pay compensation range for this role. Ultimately, a number of factors including, but not limited to, your prior job-related knowledge and experience, geographic location, and qualifications will be considered when determining your pay and we may pay more or less than the posted range.
