**The Role**
We are seeking h well organized, self-directed team player who is skilled at relationship building and change management. The individual should be comfortable with day-to-day tasks and taking on new projects. They should be confident enough to liaise with key stakeholders and ask important questions. Process and procedure-oriented with experience supporting Sales Teams and working out of a CRM Tool. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities when new deadlines arise. Proactive when it comes to CRM data integrity, and happy to support your teammates.
**What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on Salesforce and Pardot administration.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce and Pardot, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
