**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide exceptional service.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their requirements while promoting sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed effectively.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Float between our Floral Service area or Cafe Counter
- Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette, providing information about products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
- Assist market staff if stock becomes low.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with plant care.
- Experience in a cafe setting considered a asset but can provide training.
- Experience in Floral Design considered an asset but can train.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.
