Jardeg is currently recruiting a **Ticketed Insulator Journeyperson** to join the esteemed team for a **full time Position** at CNRL Wolf Lake near Bonnyville, Alberta.
CNRL Wolf Lake is an In-Situ Thermal site, and you’ll enjoy a well-structured 7-days-on and 7-days-off rotation, with 11-hour workdays, complete with three 15-minute breaks (10am/12 noon/3pm - two paid and one unpaid) and 5% RRSP

**Only local Labourers to the Bonnyville/Cold Lake area will be considered**
**Responsibilities**:
- Install, maintain, and repair insulation on a variety of equipment, pipelines, vessels, and structures.
- Safely and accurately use hand and power-operated tools and equipment relevant to the insulation trade.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to plan insulation projects effectively.
- Demonstrate expertise in the installation, fitting, fabrication, and attachment of insulation, finishing, and weatherproofing materials to meet the highest standard of workmanship.
- Collaborate with project teams to determine insulation requirements, select suitable materials, and implement efficient installation methods.
- Ensure precise insulation thickness and proper fit to achieve optimal energy efficiency and safety.
- Supervise, train, and coach apprentices, fostering their growth and development in the trade.
- Coordinate insulation work with other trades on the job site to ensure seamless project execution.
- Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines of the construction industry, prioritizing a safe work environment for all team members.
- Thoroughly understand and describe all systems requiring insulation within the scope of the project.
- Perform assigned tasks in adherence to industry-required quality and production standards.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Journeyperson Ticket.
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Insulator, preferably in industrial or construction settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Strong commitment to safety practices and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently as required.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and project stakeholders.
