Colour is What We Do When you join Dulux Paints, you join Canada's leader in decorative paints. We are seeking a customer focused full-time Store Associate to join our diverse team.

**What you need to bring**:

- **Full time availability (35+ hours/week)**:

- **A high energy, positive attitude and a customer focused mindset**:

- **A teamwork mentality**:

- **Ability to distinguish the difference between colours**:

- **Ability to lift heavy pails of paint, using material handling equipment**:

- **Assist customers’ needs in person and over the phone and advise solutions**:

- **Assist Store Manager with daily store operations, sales targets and goals**:

- **Ensure that sales transactions are completed via POS**:

- **Stock shelves and merchandising front of store**:

- **A high school diploma**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
