Independent Minivan

**Overview**

ZenRoute Express Inc. is seeking reliable **Minivan, SUV and Cargo Van Owner Operators** to join our growing last-mile delivery network. As an independent contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries for our clients. As an independent driver, YOU WILL HAVE YOUR OWN MINIVAN, VAN or SUV (no sedan). You will get paid per stop (50-100 stops per day). 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).

**Duties**
- Pick up and deliver packages along assigned routes in a timely manner
- Load and unload parcels efficiently, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery records using mobile apps
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers when required
- Follow all safety and traffic regulations
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including heavy lifting and moving of materials.

**Requirements**:

- Must own a **Minivan or Cargo Van** (model must meet delivery standards).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages (up to **50 lbs**).
- Smartphone with data plan for route navigation and communication.
- Previous delivery experience is an asset but not required.
