## Job Summary

# Responsibilities
- Manage station operations including inventory management, sales, and customer service
- Supervise and train staff on company policies and procedures
- Handle payroll, cash handling, and budgeting activities
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize sales strategies

# Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry
- Strong understanding of financial principles including budgeting and profit margins
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in math for inventory management and financial reporting
- Familiarity with training development practices

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)
- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
