**Job Purpose**:
Are you passionate about cycling, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-energy team? We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to drive our location's success and help riders get the most out of their cycling experience.

**What you'll do**:

- _Lead from the front:_ Inspire and motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- _Ensure operational excellence: _Oversee daily store operations, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure timely and precise completion of bike repairs, builds, and check-overs.
- _Train and support staff:_ Onboard new employees, provide regular performance reviews, and coach your team to uphold store standard. You will create staff schedules and review payroll bi-weekly.
- _Collaborate effectively:_ Work closely with service writers, bike mechanics, sales supervisors, and the General Manager to maintain seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- _Drive sales and inventory success:_ Implement merchandising strategies, oversee inventory management, and achieve category sales and margin goals.
- _Engage with the community: _Participate in store-sponsored events and develop meaningful connections within the cycling community.

**What you've done**
- _Education Level_- High School Diploma or equivalent
- _Specific skills:_ Previous cash handling and credit card processing experience is required.   Previous experience with processing online orders in an asset.
- _Physical abilities_: Can lift boxes or items around 30 pounds and is comfortable working on ladders.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
