As an experienced Installer, you will be responsible for the following under the direction of a Lead Installer:

- Assisting on all aspects of the job
- Loading/unloading trucks with tools, equipment, parts and fireplace units
- Preparing a job site for installation including laying floor drops, setting up tables, tools and ladders, carrying and organizing parts, etc.
- Carrying large, heavy fireplace units into worksite - units range from 80lbs to over 100lbs
- Performing fireplace unit and venting installations
- Performing gas line installations
- Clean up of job site at the end of each day including vacuuming, removing debris, removing unused parts, organizing tools and re-loading truck
- Putting parts back into inventory under the direction and supervision of the install coordinator
- Proactively seeking clarification and asking questions to support further learning
- Working towards becoming a Lead Installer and taking on increased responsibility as experience allows
- Complying with all safety standards and Chantico Policies and Procedures
- Gain knowledge of all equipment and regulations
- Represent Chantico in a professional, courteous manner to customers
- Perform additional duties under the direction of a supervisor

Ideal Qualifications include:

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Proficiency with applied math
- A strong work ethic and motivation to learn
- Must be comfortable with roof work
- Gas G2 license required
- HVAC installation experience an asset
- 2-5 years fireplace installation experience an asset
