WAGES $16.00 to $17.00 AN HOUR PLUS TIPS

List of Duties:

- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities ofrestaurant staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Prepare food order summaries for cooks according to requests from dieticians, patients in hospitals or other customers with special needs
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Monitor records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Regularly inspect the restaurant for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and Enforce food safety and sanitation policies by performing regular inspections of facilities
- May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
- May plan restaurant menus and determine related food and labour costs.

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
