Technical Field Support Representative

**What you will work on**

As a **Technical Field Support Representative **atMC-Bauchemie Canada you will get to:

- Facilitate applicator training to include theoretical and practical demonstration of products and systems, both in-house and on-site.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients and provide continual support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports of project activities, customer interactions and health and safety data.
- Share training, education, and knowledge transfer across all departments.
- Support with Marketing activities including attending conferences, trade shows and seminars.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- 3 + years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, processes and materials.
- Mechanical expertise in working with and repairing industrial pumps, tools and equipment.
- Ability to estimate and calculate consumption, depths and angles for injection.
- Knowledge of tunnelling, mining, bridge/road building, or workplace equivalency.
- Ability to accurately read blueprints.
- Willingness to deal with dirt, dust, oil, and other unpleasant or potentially hazardous substances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the savvy to relate to both corporate and labour-related stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for back-office administration.
- Ability to work independently and travel to client offices/job sites within the GTA and surrounding area. On occasion, travel may extend out of province.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
