**Job Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth experience. Your exceptional communication skills and hospitality mindset will help set the tone for our Gaming Lounge, making every guest feel valued and appreciated.

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Communicate effectively and ensure timely service.
- Provide information about the offerings.
- Assist in managing the flow of guests during peak hours to minimize wait times.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others are essential.
- Flexibility to work in evenings, late-nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of Shisha / Hookah is preferred and should be okay with it.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.55-$18.42 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
