**Family Practice and Walk-ins** North End Medical Clinic 354 Selkirk Avenue Renumeration / Overhead Split: Very competitive & negotiable RHA: Winnipeg RHA Description: North End Medical Clinic is seeking a permanent full-time family practice and walk-in physician. We are a family practice and walk-in clinic that is situated within a very large and dense residential radius in the heart of Winnipeg. You are free to make your own clinic hours and schedule. Clinic details: Two exam rooms are available for your practice, staffed clinic, EMR (Accuro), free on-site parking, on-site pharmacy. Anticipated annual compensation: $300,000-$500,000 based on 40 hours/week. **Tasks**: - Collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals - Examine patients’ health condition to identify diseases and injuries - Help patients develop healthy habits, break old habits and reshape their approach to wellness - Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment - Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health - Prescribe and administer medications and treatments - Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases - Advise patients on health care - Provide acute care management Credentials: Must be eligible for registration and licensure with The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba.
