We are a residential home renovation company providing beautiful renovations to Edmonton homeowners for 33+ years. We are searching for a personable and professional person for an office position as Project Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, staff, subcontractors and municipalities.
- Pulling permits and booking inspections.
- Purchasing products and managing delivery dates.
- Informing the clients of project status and managing complaints and problems
- Using Buildertrend to enter change orders.

Education and Experience:

- Minimum of 1-3 years residential construction experience.
- Secondary school preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, grammar and spelling.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
