**Responsibilities**:

- Process all financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources in accordance with federal and provincial regulations
- In the Sales Manager's absence, desk deals and support sales staff on finalizing their deals
- Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and services through the entire purchase experience
- Remain abreast on all product knowledge, finance options, promotions, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends
- Track and record the sales performance of the Finance office
- Act as liaison to other departments for completion of day-to-day administrative and accounting issues

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of recent automotive F+I experience
- An in-depth knowledge of the sub-prime automotive market is preferred
- Outstanding sales and relationship building skills
- Highly energetic personality and a focus on the customer

This is a commission based position; uncapped earnings with massive potential

The hours are full time; weekend availability is required
