**Overview**:
Super Soil is BC’s largest natural soil supply company, assisting all landscaping needs and requirements in the residential and commercial markets. We are looking to enhance our Production & Operations team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Operating Tandem Axle dump trucks and 4-Axle Transfer Trailers
- Operate heavy equipment (primarily excavators, loaders)
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Inspect and Identify problem areas with dump trucks
- Collaborate with operations team members
- Perform job site clean-up as required
- Demonstrate effective time management
- Maintain a professional demeanor

**People we’re looking for**:

- Be a persistent, results-oriented self-starter.
- Minimum 2 years Class 1 Trucking Experience is **required**:

- 1 year heavy equipment operation is **required**:

- Millwright, fabricator, welding experience **is an asset**:

- Must have valid drivers’ licence
- Hold yourself to a high standard of integrity
- Problem solver, who can use initiative to carry on with the next task without instruction
- Be adaptable to changes in workload and requirements
- Open to learning, growth, and coaching

**Salary**: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Class 1 Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
