We are seeking Seasonal Full Time Line Cooks to join our Pub Kitchen Team. As a Pub Line Cook, you will work in the fast-paced, quick-service culinary environment within McCullough’s. McCullough's is a Scottish-style pub for our members and their guests where they can feel at home and enjoy a relaxing beverage and casual style pub fare while watching the game. You will have the ability create exceptional experiences with every dish prepared. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Kitchen Team members to prepare culinary dishes
- Excel in numerous culinary methods to prepare a variety menu items based on Glencoe standard recipes and requirements
- Prepare Mise en Place for service including intricately cutting up vegetables, butchering meat, or crafting sauces while ensuring Food Safety practices
- Stock and maintain prep stations with all necessary items for service
- Timely cooking of high quality dishes to ensure food service comes out simultaneously

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years culinary experience
- A Journeyman Seal or working towards a Red Seal certification an asset
- Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written instruction in English
- Must be comfortable standing or walking during the length of shift and be able to repetitively lift supplies weighing up to 50lbs
- Food Safe Certification and other required certifications
