As a Custodial Services worker on our Facilities Management team at the Michelin Tire plant in Bridgewater, you’ll take on the important job of keeping our operations and locations clean, so that our customers can stay happy and healthy. **Responsibilities**:

- General cleaning, including, but not limited to: shop floor cleaning with concentration on ensuring product is safe from contamination, trash removal; storage room cleaning and organizing, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming floors; buffing floors; disinfecting; stripping and waxing floors; window washing etc.
- Keep entrance and all other areas clean, clear of snow, and hazards
- Maintain high degree of professionalism when working with team members, clients and customers
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying management when supplies are needed
- Ensure all chemicals and cleaners are properly stored in accordance with WHMIS and HSE guidelines
- Attend all safety meetings and participate in client and/or Aramark emergency response procedures
- Contribute to positive workplace culture by helping to train new hires; participating in team activities and events
- Additional duties may be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years janitorial experience is required
- Valid WHMIS Certification and/or First Aid Certification considered an asset
- Must be able to crouch, bend neck, back, and torso from waist to floor, to twist from left to right without restriction
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift minimum 30lbs regularly; 50lbs on occasion
- Must be able to work independently
