**Security professionals build and maintain trust with clients in the commercial, residential, and construction sectors.**

**On a given shift, you may be asked to**:
**Access Control and customer service**:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
Monitor and control entry points to prevent unauthorized access.
Provide information and assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist with directions and inquiries.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, staff, and fellow security personnel.
Document all incidents accurately in the security log.
**Conflict Resolution and Emergency Response**:
Handle conflicts or disputes calmly and professionally.
Alert management and/or law enforcement when necessary.
Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents and fire alarms and provide support to customers and staff.
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
**Policy Enforcement**:
Enforce store policies as described in the post orders.
Report any violations promptly to store management.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and actions taken.
**Required skills**:
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkage.
**Experience**:
Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding theft, trespassing, and other criminal activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
