That’s why we want you as our Head Coach in Training We’re looking for people to lead. To listen. To love what they do. And then to share it - with the coaches in their studio, and with members who put their trust in you.

**As a Head Fitness Coach in Training you can expect to perform the following duties**:

- Partner with the Studio Manager and Regional Leadership to ensure the success of the studio
- Lead, manage and develop a dynamic team of fitness professionals
- Position location may vary depending on studio needs (Toronto Region).
- Recruit, train, and educate new OTF coaches to ensure their success
- Handle member concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution
- Working hand-in-hand with the sales team to guide interested consumers, also known as intros, through their first Orangetheory workout
- Conducting fitness staff meetings and attending all relative, mandatory webinars, and other requested meetings
- Build the monthly coaching schedule
- Lead and motivate members through pre-designed workouts
- Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
- Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

This position will involve 15+ hours per week of coaching, in addition to all weekly Head Coach in Training duties. Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification along with CPR/AED/First Aid are a must to be considered for this role.
