**Join our Team**:
DecisivEdge is looking to hire an experienced Content Writer who has a background in the Healthcare space.

This role is based in our Markham, Ontario offices conveniently located near Highways 404 and 407. We are focused on team participation and commit to working a minimum of three days a week in the office and an option of two days a week from home.

**Position Summary**:
As a Content Writer, you will be an integral part of developing content strategy in the healthcare space and putting it into action. The position will be responsible for writing internal and external communications for our company, its partners, and clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create innovative and compelling content that drives the DecisivEdge brands forward. This position works with all global offices and reports to the Director of Digital Marketing in the Markham, Ontario, Canada office.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Write engaging content for a variety of business lines and verticals.
- Actively participate in the creative process, providing suggestions and ideas to help support and drive overall content strategy.
- Fact checks copy with department leads and become a product knowledge expert.
- Do the necessary research to understand our buyer's needs and challenges.
- Work alongside other content writers to review and edit each other’s content.
- Work with graphic designers to implement copy into the design.
- Utilize your SEO and SEO tool experience for the most optimized keywords and content.
- Prioritize content quality and effectiveness through consistent A/B testing.

**What You’ll Need**:

- A degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of writing/editing experience in content marketing, journalism, or similar roles in a B2B environment.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
- Hands-on experience in content research, strategy, and content writing.
- Experience with SEO and SEO tools to ensure keyword optimization.
- Be a creative storyteller, with the proven ability to bring out an authentic brand voice across various communication vehicles.
- Curiosity - always in search of the next story. Know how to find it and tell it effectively.
- A great attitude, energy, and willingness to jump into any project.
- Project management skills - the ability to develop topics and research, interview internal resources and clients, and build concrete communication plans.
- Focus on business outcomes - experience with direct response marketing, sales, and
- successful campaign management.
- The ability to easily synthesize data, use cases, and best practices into compelling stories that engage our target audiences.
