**Surface Preparation**:This includes removing existing coatings, patching and repairing concrete, and ensuring the surface is clean and level.
- **Grinding and Smoothing**:Using various types of grinders to remove imperfections, level surfaces, and achieve the desired smoothness.
- **Equipment Operation**:Safely operating and maintaining various types of concrete finishing equipment, including grinders, burnishers, scrubbers, and shot blasters.
- **Safety Compliance**:Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Skills and Qualifications:

- **Experience**:Prior experience in concrete finishing, grinding, or related trades is required.
- **Physical Fitness**:The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy materials, working in various weather conditions, and standing for extended periods.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in using concrete finishing equipment, understanding different types of finishes, and performing repairs.
- **Safety Awareness**:A strong understanding of safety hazards and the ability to implement corrective actions.
- **Communication Skills**:The ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
