**POSITION**: Dealer Relations Representative
**LOCATION**:Toronto (M5J 0A3)
**STATUS**:Full-time

**JOB OVERVIEW**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
Assist Dealers Back-Offices with order entry issues, rejected trades, FundSERV files, fund set-up, new fund launches, mergers, regulatory mailings and industry conversions
- Participate in call-out projects to Dealer Back-Offices and Intermediaries
- Participate in User Testing and rollout of system enhancements, fund launches, mergers and conversions
- Participate in the development & delivery of Dealer communications

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- 2-3 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry considered an asset
- Familiarity with FundSERV
- Superior time management skills including prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong familiarity with financial products and services
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot day-to-day issues, providing effective solutions
