Responsibilities:

- Process and manage payroll for employees using Kronos, and UltiPro software
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and benefits to employees
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Analyze payroll data and prepare reports for management
- Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or related field
- Proficiency in using payroll software such as Kronos, or UltiPro
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with account reconciliation and analysis
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary**: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
