Oracle DevOps Fusion Ptc Delivery Lead

**What you will do**
You will lead cross-functional discussions at various levels with business users to analyze requirements, brainstorm, articulate solutions, and recommend industry best practices to stakeholders.
The Oracle DevOps organization is supporting multiple Oracle Fusion Instances within JCI. Oracle DevOps Fusion PTC Leads will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for this functional value stream for all development and support-related activities.
**How you will do it**
- Primary responsibility to provide functional support for Canada Security Oracle Fusion ERP Application within PPM Module (Project Portfolio Management), Inventory, Costing and Purchasing etc.
- Will be part of Global Oracle DevOps Fusion PTC Value Stream supporting other Oracle Fusion ERP systems within JCI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and mínimal downtime as part of Post go live Operational Support
- Stay updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed
- Manage deliverable timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively
- Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed
- Manage functional/technical team within Value Stream
- Oracle Fusion DevOps organization is supporting multiple Oracle Fusion Instances within JCI. Oracle Fusion DevOps PTC Functional Lead will be single point of contact (SPOC) for this functional area for all development and support related activities for this track.
- Analyze Oracle Fusion Enhancements/ Change Requests and Support activities pipeline
- Work planning and prioritization for approved backlogs within the Value stream reviewing with BPO/GPOs, Delivery Leads and Oracle Solution Architects.
- Capacity planning of resources based on approved backlogs for enhancements and support tickets to meet deliverable timelines provided to business stakeholders
- Scheduling, Reviews and approvals for production deployments working with Global Deployment/Release leaders
- Optimize and effectively manage Enhancements and support ticket backlog within the Value stream reviewing with the team
- Drive for Continuous improvements to reduce support tickets, automation eliminating manual activities wherever possible
- Share Value stream level reporting with KPIs for the Value stream with Global and Regional DevOps Leaders
**What you will need**
**Required**
- Proven track record in PPM space within Oracle Fusion ERP
- Bachelor ‘s degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent
- 15+ years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPs
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small
- and large-scale initiatives mainly within Project to close (PTC) business processes
- Hands on experience within Oracle Fusion ERP
- Ability to communicate with technical teams as well as Business audience

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive high-pressure environment
- ** Security Clearance**:Mandatory Canada Government Security Clearance required for Reliability/Secret (level II)

- Oracle Cloud certifications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of additional Oracle modules, bolt on tools like IIM (Installation Invoice Module), PRW (Project Work Bench) and One View etc.
