Eddie’s Gravel Supply Ltd. is a residential and commercial construction company located in Winnipeg Beach, Manitoba. We are currently looking for experienced concrete labourers/finishers, Asphalt labourers and Operators.

All Positions being hired will report to site supervisors and are responsible for supporting site activities in the delivery of multiple projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spreading materials such as asphalt, gravel and other various aggregate
- Assisting heavy equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment
- Signaling heavy equipment operators to guide them in moving equipment
- Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
- Directing traffic at or near construction sites
- Help equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Load or unload construction materials and moving them to work areas
- Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
- Remove, fill, or compact earth.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.
- Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
- Perform site clean-up.
- Variety of manual labour tasks
- Other related duties a required.

**To Be Successful, You Will Need**
- Own reliable transportation required
- Cell phone with data
- Must have ability to learn manual transmission
- Valid Class 3 driver’s license (preferred, Class 5 required)
- Knowledge of the construction industry an asset
- Some road building construction experience preferred
- Ability to work as a part of a team and independently
- Reliable
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Overtime work as required
- Able to perform repetitive tasks
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Pay: $17.00-$24.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Class 3 Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
