M365 Migration Specialist
**Montreal ( 3 days/ week onsite work)**
12+ months contract job.
**Language: Bilingual French/English**
- Possess more than ten (10) years of experience in records management/information governance, with a profile as a confirmed archivist, preferably in the industrial sector;
- Support the deployment strategy of the **M365 migration program.**:
- Design and implement records and records management structures based on business capabilities, while ensuring compliance with retention and disposal requirements.
- Have experience in designing document management structures aligned with business capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with retention schedules, classification of unstructured data and metadata required for recordkeeping.
- Have concrete expertise in migration projects (**Google Drive, file shares, legacy repositories, Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online**);
- Demonstrate a solid knowledge of document management principles and international standards (**ISO 15489, Model Requirements for Electronic Document Management - MoReq**);
- Have an excellent command of Microsoft **SharePoint 365** (information architecture, metadata, permissions, governance);
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $55.44-$70.30 per hour
