**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial & institutional properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete plumbing tasks safely and efficiently.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for pipe fittings and connections.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters, to ensure seamless project completion.
- Adhere to safety regulations and building codes while performing all duties.
- Manage heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and equipment used in plumbing work.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
