**Position Description**:
**The key responsibilities of a Relief Manager are**:

- Lead and manage a dedicated team of employees, including assigning tasks
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, including handling any customer inquiries and/or issues
- Responsible for handling cash and exporting nightly cash, box office and concession reports
- Assist with working theatre attendant positions, including cleaning all areas of the theatre (lobby, concession, auditoriums and washrooms)
- Responsible for handling technical issues that may arise

**Required skills and competencies**:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (oral & written)
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (both customer and technical)
- Ability to multi-task; manage and prioritize tasks and activities effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a management team
- Cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) experience

**Required Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in retail, fast-food, restaurant or similar environment
- 1-2 years of managerial experience in retail, fast-food, restaurant or similar environment is considered an asset

**Required Education**:

- Secondary School Diploma or current student
- Smart Serve certified or willing to obtain prior to hire

**Job Type**:

- Part-time, Hourly

**MUST be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. (Open availability weekends and Tuesdays)**

**MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO SERVE ALCOHOL.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.25-$16.00 per hour
