**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Pick up and remove all litter and garbage, from exterior corridors, courtyard and sidewalks of hotels.
- Position duties will change with the seasons.
- Aid with snow removal as needed.
- Water and maintain flower boxes and planters.
- Weed, prune and trim trees and plants, provide lawn care.
- Maintain the safety and upkeep of guest areas in the indoor and outdoor spaces of the properties.
- Work safely by following health and safety rules, and report any injuries or hazards right away. Additional duties as assigned.

**Skills and Experience**:

- This is a summer seasonal position. With the possibility to extend for the right person.
- Alberta Driver’s license (class 5) or International equivalent
- Must be physically fit, as position requires bending, lifting and shovelling.
- Self-starter that can work with mínimal supervision.
- Energetic, can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail and be willing to take ownership of their area.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
