We work with US-based leverage lenders, private equity firms, and major banks regarding their portfolio companies/investments. **Position Overview**

Richter Consulting is looking to hire experienced professionals at the analyst level in their Asset Based Lending diligence practice. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of ~25 professionals on a variety of stimulating engagements (typically 4-6 weeks). Our deal teams of 3-4 professionals deliver consulting services involving companies in numerous industries (Consumer Products, Pharma, Distribution, Services, Manufacturing, etc.) attempting to secure financing, experiencing challenges arising from over-leverage, liquidity problems, under-performance, macroeconomic events, or other business transitional/operating issues.

Our clients’ portfolio companies typically include both private and public businesses ($250MM-$2B in revenue), are primarily carried out in major US cities, and involve a risk-based approach to collateral reviews for leading US financial institutions.

A variety of arrangements are available which includes a hybrid work schedule.

**What We Are Looking For**
- CPA with 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (Alteryx or Power Query/Pivot a plus)
- Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment
- Desire to develop new skills
- Ability to collaborate with client personnel and other professionals
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills
- A positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to work autonomously
- Occasional involvement in other engagements such as business assessments, liquidity reviews, monitoring, corporate finance, and due diligence
- Some US travel required (~10%)
