The Electrical Technician is responsible for reviewing the daily tasks and any specific projects that need attention, which primarily involve assembling cable harnesses, installing system wire, and building electro-mechanical assemblies.

This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is part of Cytiva Manufacturing & Operations located in Burnaby, BC and will be an on-site role.

**What you will do**:

- _Assemble cable harnesses, build electro-mechanical devices, route, and terminate pneumatics and wires in final assembly_
- _Perform product testing and machine configuration_
- _Follow and contribute to processes within a best-in-class manufacturing environment_

**Who you are**:

- _You have a strong electro-mechanical aptitude and 3+ years’ experience building cable harnesses, performing wiring termination and testing systems_
- _You can work in a complex environment identifying the correct processes to use, being comfortable working from written work instructions or engineering documentation._
- _You are confident to put your hand up when you need help or to stop work when things aren't right_

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Working in the medical, aerospace, or other highly regulated environment
- Have experience in lean manufacturing

The salary range for this role is 53,000 - 68,000 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
