**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance of all service areas, to include, cleaning, moving tires, discarding parts or other duties as requested by the management.
- Keep the parking lot clear and clean which may include but not limited to snow removal.
- Any litter and foreign objects to be cleaned from the lot on a daily basis.
- Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.
