Elora Mill Hotel & Spa is looking for hard working and enthusiastic individuals with incredible attention to detail and a passion for providing amazing service. An accomplished cleaner, the Room Attendant efficiently and thoroughly completes their duties, always doing a quality job to leave the property looking spectacular. Successful applicants take pride in maintaining meticulous standards in a luxury hotel and possess outstanding guest service skills.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Clean and sanitize bedrooms and suites according to established high standards and procedures. Including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Have a keen eye for detail, ensure that everything is in working order and report all necessary maintenance issues to Maintenance Department.
- Work closely with team to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and in their best condition.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the hotel and the surrounding area to be able to support any guest interactions and inquiries. Reporting any guest concerns to the appropriate manager.
- Ensure the correct handling of lost guest property in accordance with Hotel Procedures
- Assist with guest requests in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner
- Work and communicate in a professional and ethical manner with colleagues assisting where necessary to develop team spirit and to achieve standards of work and guest care.
