THIS IS A TEAM LEAD POSITION, so your main duties will be: providing customers with exceptional moving services, and safe'n'secure transportation of the household goods (not only driving). THIS IS NOT JUST A DRIVER POSITION It is a demanding and challenging physical job.**

Space Movers (SP Movers Inc) is a rapidly growing moving company in Calgary, offering top-notch moving services ranging from packing to long-distance relocations across provinces. We seek dedicated individuals to join our team as Mover/Drivers.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English is preferable (at the same time you shouldn’t be a native speaker but have excellent basic communicative skills and an acceptable vocabulary range);
- Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory (class 5);
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and reliability (you should always arrive on time with no justifications accepted);
- Must have access to a personal vehicle (should be able to get to the yard on your own);
- This is a full-time position with a non-flexible schedule (shifts might not be every day, but you must be available last minute);
- Friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills (you should maintain a polite and respectful atmosphere);
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at overcoming obstacles and troubleshooting.
- Good physical fitness is required, as the position involves heavy lifting. Please take this requirement seriously.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently transport furniture and goods to designated locations;
- Pack and unpack items with care, ensuring their safety during transit;
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process;
- Collaborate with team members to execute moves smoothly and efficiently;
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling equipment and driving;
- Be willing to travel long distances, work-related trips, work under pressure, and take material responsibility.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive compensation package with **starting wage at $25/hour** during the **probation period of ONE MONTH**;
- **After the probation period**, the starting wage **increases to $28/hour + TIPS** with further salary revision (based on the performance) up to **$32/hour**;
