With a strong commitment to engineering excellence, product quality, and customer service, Almex designs and manufactures a range of advanced vulcanizing presses, belt handling systems, and related industrial equipment used worldwide.

We are currently seeking a **Service Technician.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the technical properties and catalog of products and services offered by Almex.
- Acquire and retain understanding of the functionality of Almex products and services to proficiently diagnose and address issues.
- Take a proactive approach to communicate and coordinate with management, sales, customer service, and customers to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise.
- Travel to customers on-site to address and resolve technical issues related to products offered by Almex around the world.
- Maintain meticulous records of service activities, including detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes, and resolution outcomes.
- Develop and implement service strategies that align with organizational goals, aiming to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure all service needs are addressed, customer goals are met, and a sense of reliability is established.
- Assist with or perform administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- College degree in administration, management, or technical certification in the industry.
- 5+ years of experience working as a technical service administrator in an industrial setting.
- Experience in troubleshooting and installation of vulcanizers is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to understand the technical properties of complex products and find creative solutions.
- Strong ability to diagnose and address electrical and mechanical issues in machinery.
- Collaborating with diverse teams to effectively meet service demands.
- Milling and machining experience required.

**Extensive travel required**

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
