**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Lead and motivate spa staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
- Oversee scheduling and appointment management to optimize staff utilization and client satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality products.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and enhance client engagement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the spa or wellness industry is preferred.
- Must be either a Registered Massage Therapist or an Esthetician
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and time management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage vendor contracts effectively.
- Proficient in retail sales techniques with a customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interactions.
- A background in marketing or promotional activities is advantageous.
- Prior experience as a clerk or in administrative support roles is beneficial.

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
