We are looking for a team oriented individual to join our manufacturing department as a Team Member. These positions can open the door to a life-long occupation in the fast-paced automotive manufacturing industry, giving you not just a job - but a career

**We Are Looking For Someone Who**:

- Ideally has 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience however we do consider experience in other fast paced industries (ex. fast food)
- Is able to work rotating day and afternoon shifts (2-week rotation)
- Is able and willing to work mandatory overtime (Shifts are 8 to 10 hours long)
- Can use their hands and wrists repetitively and stand for long periods of time
- Is able to lift up to 30 lbs repetitively
- Has a great attendance record and arrives on time for work
- Has good hand/eye coordination skills
- Is a positive team player who works well with others

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to assembly and production process
- Follow work instruction to ensure high quality standard
- Learn multiple processes in manufacturing as part of a scheduled job rotation
- Maintain a clean workstation and contribute to a safe work environment
- Achieve goals and take pride in a job well done
- Other duties as assigned

**Shifts**:
Day Shift start time may vary from 6:30AM to 7:00AM with end time from 3:00PM to 3:30PM

Afternoon Shift start time may vary from 5:30PM to 6:30PM with end time from 2:00AM to 2:30AM

**Shifts are 8 to 10 hours long. The amount of overtime and shift end times vary due to business demands.

**Wages**:

- $20 per hour as a starting rate; plus wage increases
- Overtime is paid at 1.5 times your regular wage after 40 hours worked each week
- $1.40 shift premium added when working on afternoon shift

Must have own reliable transportation as the bus does not run at the end of afternoon shifts
