**Your tasks at a glance**
- You sterilize instruments and set up tools as needed.
- You reassure patients before and after their procedure and ensure they feel at ease showing empathy.
- You clearly explain the post-operative medication (eye drops) schedule to patients.
- You coordinate the flow of patients in and out of the operating room.
- You are comfortable working on your feet in the operating room.
- You are a stickler for details and work with precision and accuracy.
- You will be cross-trained for the Clinical Assistant & Surgical Counselor positions.

**A clear view of your assets**
- Your experience in the health care field is considered an asset (ex: optometry assistant, orderly, dental assistant, pharmacy lab technician, sterilization assistant, animal health technician assistant, etc.).
- You are comfortable using computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, EMR systems, etc.).
- You have a definite interest in the field of health and high-tech devices.
- You find it easy to connect with others and quickly build trust.
- You have a sense of responsibility and take your role seriously.
- ** Schedule**: You have flexible work availability from Tuesday to Saturday (8:15 am - 5:00 pm, with early mornings on surgery days), as well as occasional Mondays.
- ** Required**: You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for training and work (_expenses covered by Vision Group_).
