- **Staying ahead of the curve**: Be the first to embrace new Facebook features and trends, optimizing our strategies for maximum impact.

- Possess **2+ years of experience** managing Facebook advertising and organic reach efforts.
- Have a **proven track record** of success in driving conversions and engagement.
