**Overview**
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable **Laminate Countertop Cutter** to join our workshop team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in laminate fabrication who takes pride in their workmanship and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately measure, cut, and fabricate laminate countertops according to specifications and shop drawings
- Operate cutting tools, routers, and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in laminate countertop cutting or cabinetry/joinery work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Competent with hand tools and workshop machinery
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Good time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

**Preferred**:

- Experience with post-formed laminate countertops
- Valid driver’s license

**Experience**
- Proven experience in laminate countertop installation or similar roles is essential.
- Familiarity with flooring installation techniques is a plus.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings related to countertop designs.
- Experience in tile laying is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Background as a maintenance person or carpenter is highly desirable, showcasing versatility in home improvement tasks.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage for various installations.
