Tire Technician

**Job Summary**

We are seeking 2-3 hard working and reliable individuals to help out in a busy tire & mechanical shop. Your duties during the busy seasons will consist mainly of cleaning wheel mounting surfaces, installing tires onto wheels, balancing tire/wheel assemblies, installing tire/wheel assemblies onto vehicles, loading & unloading wheels/tires to/from truck, preparation of tires/wheels for installation, performing vehicle inspections, filling out necessary paperwork for tire storage & inventory control, general cleanup, & other duties as requested. During the slower times of the year, there may be opportunities to assist auto service technicians with their work to improve overall service efficiencies, while teaching you valuable skills in automotive service and repair. - **Qualifications**
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive repair
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
- Previous experience in a dealership or as a mechanic is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus, enhancing customer interactions and service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week
